If you’ve been around Fabulessly Frugal for a while, you’ve probably noticed that we LOVE meal prepping. Cooking and planning meals takes a lot of time and energy so we love anything that makes it a bit easier!

That’s why we’ve posted our 30-minute meals, our own freezer meal recipes, and I’ve even released a freezer meal eBook which has my 20 favorite meal prep recipes in it. (That guide is great for beginners, by the way.)

Needless to say, there are a lot of different ways to meal prep. There are different recipes you can use, different places you can shop for your ingredients, and the list goes on. Having that freedom is great, but it can also be a bit overwhelming when you’re new to meal prepping.

What if, instead, everything was laid out in an easier way? Well, with these Costco freezer meals I’m about to tell you about, meal prepping has never been easier!

Easy Costco Freezer Meals

If you have a Costco membership, these meal plans will be perfect for you because they’re made for Costco products. You CAN get your ingredients from other stores, but for the best value, Costco is the place to be.

Now here’s the deal – there are lots of easy meal plans available. Each plan includes several recipes (with different prep methods) and comes with the complete shopping lists too.

The basic package of the plan includes the recipes and list. The complete package includes the recipe, list, video, and assembly instructions. Totally worth it for those of you that don’t want to (or don’t have time to!) figure it all out on your own!

Meal Plan Example

One of the newest meal plans includes 20 breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes that can be made with ingredients that cost $150 – most of the meals are for dinners, but there are lunches and breakfasts mixed in. That’s only $7.50 per meal! Each meal is portioned to serve 4 adults, so less than $2 per serving.

Also, the shopping list for this plan uses ingredients from your regular local grocery store and it is more of a batch cooking plan with prep spread out over a 5 day period, rather than a traditional freezer cooking plan. Sounds awesome to me!
