Ingredients for Essential Oil Spray:

  • Glass spray bottle
  • Breathe essential oil
  • Geranium essential oil
  • Peppermint essential oil
  • 1-4 ounces of water

You can make your blend anyway you would like but I found that this blend was the perfect combo for a quick afternoon pick me up.

How to Make Your Spray

Step 1. Water

First, fill your glass spray bottle with 1-4 ounces of water. I had 2-ounce bottles and only filled it up with 1 ounce of water for my aromatherapy mist.

You can make your essential oil spray in any size that you wish, just go off my measurements for one ounce and multiply things if you want to make a larger solution! It is super simple and you cannot mess it up.

FYI: Remember you must store essential oils in a glass container!

Step 2. Essential Oils

Next, you will want to add your blend of oils in. Here’s what I chose to do for my 2oz spray bottle:

  • 1 drop of Breathe
  • 2 drops of Geranium; and
  • 2 drops of peppermint

The scent is so wonderful, I think it makes a great fragrance to wear as well. It also gives me that extra boost of energy I need on those busier days.

Step 3. Enjoy!

That is literally all you have to do! Once you add the oils to the water, your spray is ready to use. Be sure to shake it before you use it.

What I love about this blend is that it can be used for so many things:

  • A quick boost of energy
  • To freshen up a room
  • As a perfume

You can store this mixture at room temperature, but you will want to give it a good shake before each use because oil and water will separate.

Other Ways to Use These Essential Oils

If you are a first time essential oil user and aren’t sure why you would want to buy these 3 oils, let me tell you how much I use these 3 (I use PLENTY of other oils as well) and how they have helped me!

  • Peppermint: I apply peppermint to my temples whenever I’m experiencing head tension. It helps relieve that pressure!
  • Breathe: This is the most awesome respiratory blend. It also is awesome to diffuse at night when you cannot sleep. I go through so much Breathe!
  • Geranium: This is a huge stress reliever! It is fantastic. It also helps with balancing hormones and supports circulation as well.

COMBINED, these 3 make the best aromatherapy mist, but separated, they also give you SO many options.
