Looking for a unique little Valentine idea? Here’s one for you, and it’s sooo darling and incredibly easy to put together!
If you have a child with a big class, this might get a bit expensive. You might instead want to go with one of our cheaper Valentine’s Day gift ideas. However, I think these would be great for a preschool class, or for your child to make for their special friends to hand out outside of school!

- Mini single serve cereal boxes
- Wooden or plastic spoons
- Ribbon or twine
- Scissors
- Hole Punch
- Glue dots

Valentine Instructions
Step 1.
Begin by attaching a wooden or plastic spoon diagonally across the front of a mini cereal box with some glue dots, as shown below:
Step 2.
Print and cut out your free Valentines printable and punch a hole in the corner with a hole punch.
Step 3.
Use ribbon or twine to tie a Valentine around each cereal box.
You’re Done!
Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Only 3 steps and you’re already finished your first “I cereal-sly like you” box. If you needed to make multiple for a class, it wouldn’t take you long to pump these things out.
You’ll see that we didn’t leave a “to” and “from” spot on the printable, but you can either write it on the back or you can use a sharpie and write straight onto the cereal box. Have some fun with it!
