If you know me, you know that wherever I go I bring a water bottle. Over the last 5 years, I’ve been committed to drinking the right amount of water daily. And I feel better because of it!

It really helps by having a water bottle that stays cold for up to 18 hours (even on hot summer days!!). I’ve been using this particular brand of water bottles for a few years now. I’ve tried other brands, but I love everything about this one (especially the last one listed).
