DIY Infinity Scarves

I just love Infinity Scarves! They are so cute and versatile and really dress up an outfit!  I also love the way they help with modesty!  So when my cute daughters wanted infinity scarves I was ready to go out and buy them one in every color and pattern!  Then I saw the prices… Ouch!  I was not willing to pay the high prices and it looked like it would be easy to make them out of regular scarves, so I ordered a bunch of $2.00 and got ready to start!  It was so simple my daughters all made their own!

This is really so easy!  Here’s everything you need to make them:

• One regular scarf
• Heat n Bond (just $1.97 right now on Amazon!)
• An Iron
• Scissors

One package of Heat n Bond can do about 3 scarves!

I like doing this on my counter instead of my ironing board because I can spread the scarves all the way out.

Cut a piece of the Heat N Bond that is as long as one of the shorter sides of your scarf, and place it on the scarf along the edge.

Then you fold the scarf over about 1 inch on the opposite side and fold that side onto the side with the Heat N Bond

You then iron the scarf, going along the edge that has been folded over the Heat N Bond Strip.  I count to 5 before moving up to make sure the Heat N Bond Strip has had a chance to activate.  Once you get to the end of the scarf, turn the scarf over and iron the same edge again.

It’s really that simple… your Infinity Scarf is ready to wear!  It took us less than 5 minutes per scarf!
