Skor Dessert
What’s your plan for the FREE Cool Whip you scored at Albertson’s this week? Here’s mine: Skor dessert! It’s SO easy, and always a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients:
1 box Brownie Mix, prepared
2 8 oz. containers Cool Whip
1 Large Package Pudding Mix, prepared
3 Skor Candy Bars
Cut the brownies into small squares and line the bottom of a dessert dish or pan with them. Put a layer of chocolate pudding on top of the brownies, and a layer of cool whip on top of that. Next, sprinkle some chopped Skor pieces over the top. Repeat with 1 more layer of each. You probably won’t use 2 whole containers of Cool Whip, it just depends on how thick you like it!

I LOVE trifle!! I do a similar one with pound cake or chocolate cake drizzled with Kahlua – everything else the same!! BUT brownies – that would be yummy. I will have to try this one next.
