5 FUN WAYS TO DECORATE YOUR HANGERS

Do you want your closet to look more interesting?  Sometimes, it’s not really about the clothes, it’s all about the presentation.  Here are some cool ways to beautify your closet just simply by decorating your hangers.

1. Ombre and Color Block Yarn Wrapped Hangers

You’ll Need:

a hanger
scissors
yarn in various colors (3 to 4 arm lengths for each color)

2. Bandanna Hangers

You’ll Need:

Metal hanger
Bandanna
Sewing machine and sewing supplies

3. DIY Mod Podge Hangers

You’ll Need:

Wooden Hangers (Great deal on these here.)
Painter’s Tape (to cover the metal parts if you spray paint some of the hangers)
Spray Paint (I used Rustoleum Rust-Oleum Metallic Gold)
Wrapping paper (both were from Target)
Acrylic paint (I had planned to use those little acrylics, but reverted back to the blue dresser paint.)
Paint brush or foam brush
Mod Podge (I used the matte finish.)

4. Metallic Wood Hangers

You’ll Need:

Wood Hangers
Metallic Spray Paint
Painters Tape

5. Wire Name Hangers

You’ll Need:

wooden hangers with notches
12 guage decorative wire
a drill with a 7/64 drill E6000 glue

Needle nose pliers
second set of pliers (any kind)
