1. Nuggets & Fries on cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 pound cake {I only found sliced in the bakery at Walmart, but you can certainly use a whole one, or bake your own}
Cereal, Nilla Wafer cookies or Graham Crackers {or a combination, I used Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Nilla Wafers, crushed in the food processor}
Canned white frosting, melted {canned works best}
Tools – Small knife and a crinkle cutter {I use one from Pampered Chef}
Dipping Sauce – Vanilla pudding with a couple drops each of yellow and copper food coloring
2. Meat Cake
Ingredients:
6 # hamburger, 80% lean
3 large AA eggs
2 TB minced garlic
1 TB minced dried onion
1 TB basil
2c bread crumbs
2 TB kosher salt
3. Pizza Cake
Ingredients:
one 10″ round yellow cake layer, for the pizza base
brown and red paste food colors
buttercream frosting
about 2 ounces of white chocolate, for the grated cheese
chocolate & coconut candies, for the sausage
green jelly jube type candies, for the peppers
red jelly jube type candies, for the pepperoni
thick, string type black licorice, for the olives
take-out pizza box and paper liner, for authenticity
4. Meat and Potato Sundae
Ingredients:
4 cups shredded of a shredded, saucy meat. suggest my BBQ Chicken ( divided)
4 cups mashed potatoes
4 cherry tomatoes
5. Eggs, Sunny Side Up!
Ingredients:
For the Lemon Curd
LEMON CURD:
3 Egg Yolks
6 Tbls Sugar
1 tsp Grated Lemon Zest
6 Tbls strained fresh lemon juice
4 Tbls Unsalted Butter, cut into 4 pieces
For the Meringue
3 Egg Whites
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 C Sugar
1 tsp Cream of Tartar
