This Chicken Ceasar Bow tie Salad incorporates so many rich and tasty flavors into one dish!  I love pasta salad dishes especially when the weather starts to get warmer!  They are simple and easy to make.  This dish is a crowd pleaser for sure, you could serve it alone as a side dish for a picnic or pot luck.  Serve it on a bed of lettuce for its own easy weeknight meal.

Chicken Ceasar Bowtie Salad Recipe

If you wanted to make this dish a little faster you could just add rotisserie chicken to the recipe instead of grilling it or cooking it yourself.  The spinach will become wilty after having the dressing on it for awhile. I kind of like the wilty spinach but if that bothered you and you plan on eating it all week long, you could make small portions with the spinach so you could store leftovers without it in the mix.

You could also add broccoli, carrots and other vegetables to the salad for some variety.  One of my favorite things to do with this salad is put it over a bed of lettuce and veggies and eat it as a light summer meal!  The options are endless.  It goes great with almost any dish and will seems to disappear quickly at family get togethers and pot luck dinners.  My kids and I love this Chicken Ceasar bowtie salad recipe  I hope you do too!
