Great Party Idea… No Host Candy Bar…

Not only are they great for a crowd… but candy bars can be a great way to add a little flair to your next party. Goody bags and Pinatas are sooo last year… Why not try something new this time around… Simply place a variety of candy in apothecary jars, glass bowls and piled up high on cake platters … along with a few sets of tongs and some cello bags and you’re good to go.  Kids and adults alike will squeal with delight while they hand select there own sweet treats to snack on.  To get the most bang for your buck… I suggest buying candy in bulk from  Things like Gummi Frogs,Gummi BearsGum and Lollipops are always a big hit.  The candy bar concept is not only perfect for graduation parties and large gatherings… but can also be done on a smaller scale for children’s birthday parties as well 🙂

How about you?  What’s your favorite party idea?

We did something like this on a small scale for our wedding!! We had a “kids table” that was covered in butcher paper and had crayons all over. Then they had jars of candy and lollipops and a juice fountain. It was great fun and even the adults enjoyed it!

M<t niece did an elegant version of this for the adults at her wedding. her flowers were red, pink. and white. All her candies were the same colors. It was a big success.
