I am seriously giving some thought to giving my daughter a gift to ALL YOU magazine gift subscription along with other Christmas gifts.
She would enjoy it, plus her husband, and 2 children would also be able to benefit from it.

I read a review on Amazon that the newstand mag has more coupons in it than the subscription. Any truth to that?
YES! I got 2 subscriptions almost a year ago. I have found that more times than not the coupons are not in my issue. I will not be resubscribing.
Bummer Jamie. I think it is still worth it for the coupons you do get. If you are missing one you really love you can always pay newsstand price and get more magazines at the store.
I agree, the coupons are not as good as what they used to be. I will not be subscribing again either.
It also aggravates me when they offer a better deal to NON-subscribers, I can’t remember the coupon but it was a good coupon IF you also bought the magazine. Of course, I wasn’t going to buy the magazine because I had a subscription so basically I felt penalized because I had chosen to subscribe.
I called the All You editor today and the person that called me back said that YES there is a difference in the amount of coupons between the newsstand mag and the subscription mag. The newsstand magazine has center inserts that the subscription does not. They do this, she said, because of their relationship with Walmart.
So you are better off getting the newsstand one… for example the insert for Jan. has over $35. in savings that the subscription would not have.
I also find the subscriptions has coupons for a LOT of brands that I have never heard of OR items that makes you wonder why anyone would want to buy…
