Looks like it is a regional coupon. From all the insert lists that 7 of our readers type up, so far I’m only seeing the San Diego area did not get them. Tacoma, UT, ID, and Dallas Forthworth. Haven’t received Portland or Sacramento yet.

I found the coupons in the Sunday Idaho Statesman, but the Albertson’s by me was OOS. Price was $2.99 though.
The coupons was in The Oregonian but not the local (Register Guard) for me here in Eugene.
That’s ok because you know what? They failed to mention the fact that the one that is on sale is not the Quantum brand, it’s the original brand, therefore the coupon cannot be used. The Quantum brand that is on sale for 2.99 is the 10 count….also meaning you cannot use the coupon since it is for 20ct or more.
The coupon is a little confusing, but you can buy either the Finish Quantum 20 ct + OR the Finish Powerball OR the Finish GelPacs,which are the non-Qunatum versions and are the ones on sale, so the coupon is definitely for the right product. In this case, the picture on the coupon actually shows you the three products listed in the description that you can get.

One of my albertson’s was marked normal price but the sale price came up.

So if you’re planning on using a raincheck, (I’m new to this), and you’re also planning on stocking up, do you place an order with the manager as well, or do you have to specify a number for your raincheck? Just wondering how the whole placing an order when it’s on sale thing works. Thanks.
If I’m buying large quantities (I’d say anything more than 5ish boxes in this case), I would place an order. Since there are only 2 days left on this sale, it’s too late to place an order. If the store is out (which I’m certain they will be), then I’ll get a raincheck for the # of items I want. Luckily, you can do this deal in 1 transaction, no matter how many you buy… so specify the # of boxes you want on the raincheck. You may want to bring it to your grocery managers attention and ask if he can set them aside for you and call you when they come in (this will depend on your store/grocery manager). You can only use the raincheck once, so you’ll want to make sure you have all the product. Does that make sense?

Ber- YES that is correct! I would suggest that $1.24 IS a stock up price!
I think of it this way: these are regularly priced somewhere between $4.50 and $6 at Albertsons/Walmart/Target (let’s say $4.50 which is a LOW estimate). So at $1.24 you are purchasing these at 72% off!
PLUS this is a hassle free transaction (i.e. no register rewards/doubles/etc.) AND you don’t have to buy dish detergent for YEARS!! (Seriously how long will 20 boxes last you?)

With out fail, we run the dishwasher every night. Every once in awhile, it will run twice. I think 20 boxes will get me through a year.

went to 4 walgreen’s and they were all sold out. I got the last 3 from albertsons however. only 25$ more if you double the 1$ quantum coupon as apposed to buying more from ebay to get the gel pac coupon.

I’d like to know which dollar stores in the Boise area sell the Statesman. I’ve checked several in my area, and they don’t sell them. The cheapest I can pick up extra Sunday papers is Walmart, where they are $1.30.

Just an FYI for the local Boise folks. On Sunday early morning most of the paper routes have staging areas. One person takes a truck/trailer load of papers to an area and all the carriers pick up from that staging area. We use to have people meet at the staging area and pick up any left over inserts. Also, the carriers that refill the stand alone machines usually take back all the extra papers and dump them in a recycle dumpster at the Statesman located on Curtis/184 Connector. I am sure you could probably get many of the leftovers from the carriers as I have seen in the past. Of course you would need to be there around 4am or so early Monday.

I’m so upset. I bought coupons on ebay last night and today my payment was refunded and I got an e-mail from the seller saying that somehow ebay accidentally sold too many of their coupons last night. I thought I was all set and now the coupons are crazy expensive

Happened to me as well this evening. I ordered first thing this morning. I understand how it happened, Ebay’s listing policy. I was able to find some other coupons for a little more money but still acceptable. When I got my raincheck from Albies this afternoon they did say it was good for 30 days so hopefully that will help others still searching for the coupons.
I haven’t heard a peep from my seller. I’m nervous! Nothing about shipping them out, and nothing about refunding me either. I emailed them too! I ordered them in the wee hours of Monday morning. Crossing fingers I’ll get them!
