Is parmesan the only kraft grated cheese that will count towards the $5 catalina? I read a list that had all kraft natural cheese (shredded included) counting towards it.
To answer my own question…YES! I just did this deal tonight and shredded cheese IS included and will work with the “double dip” Yay!!
Debra!
Great question! Sorry we did not get back to you sooner. I am glad that you found it worked. We accidently left that one off the list.
Do you know if Banquet dinners count towards the ConAgra Foods coupon book offer? I printed the form and Banquet is not pictured as one of the Participating Brands listed there.
I would guess not. Anyone else?
Dont forget there is a bogo coupon for the bic soliel razors so they are 2 for .99
!
If you buy 10 Kraft items, will you get two $5 Catalinas and the $5 off instantly?
Nope, just one $5 catalina. ALTHOUGH, if you purchased 20 items, you would get $10 instant savings. The instant savings will work as long as you purchase in incraments of 10, but the catalina only prints out at 5.
I was at the Ontario, Oregon Albertsons and they said that someone had stolen all of the tearpad coupons for the trailmix. It was at least ten whole pads. Not good! Please let people know this is poor couponing behavior and illegal. I also read on a blog that someone and purchased 80 bags of the trail mix. That is 40 coupons
and some of us just wanted four.
I agree Lisa! I read about the 80 bags today also and it shocks me that people don’t see anything wrong with this!?!? There is NO way a family can eat 80 bags in the 6 months or so the trailmix will stay fresh And even if they did have a huge family – 80 bags is excessive – if they are getting 80 bags of that – I’m sure they are buying that much of everything else that comes around as free or close to it. – I just hope they are not trying to profit even more from their purchase (reselling them on Ebay or whatever) That’s so wrong, I don’t care what anyone says. I believe in sharing! If Albertsons was passing out FREE CHEESE to everyone who wants some – and one person walked in and cleaned them out – that would be unfair, wouldn’t it? How is this any different??
hey I just wanted to let you all know before everyone goes bashing someone for buying 80 trail mix that each store got their trail mix in shippers and they have the amount of coupons for the amount of trail mix so theoreticly when coupons are gone they should be out of trail mix……i myself bought 100 if i had bought 100 tomatoes would anyone care?? I shared my 100 kept 40 for my family 30 went to my parents/grandparents and i delivered 10 to my neighbor and another 20 to my friends that asked me to pick some up for them. if some one came in and bought 10 or 20 would anyone say anything?? im sure no one would even care becareful before u judge i asked my store how many i could have and their grocery manager told me hed sell me the whole pallet if i wanted it!!!
serioulsy i doubt ours will even last 2 months with kids stil home for 2 more weeks:-)
my store was also worried they wouldnt sell it all and would be stuck with it since they didnt order the pallets of trail mix it was dropped to them
Also, we don’t know other peoples intentions. There are actually a few local charities in the area using couponing as a way to make their budgets go farther. Are you really going to bash them for buying what they need? I am not perfect and have certainly made my share of judgments in the past, but I have realized that you just never know. If you sit and focus on things like that it is pointless because you can’t change other people. You can only make sure that you are using your coupons ethically and that should be all that matters.
But even if it was a charity that took all the coupons (the 10 pads of coupons) from the store Lisa is talking about – that’s not ok – At least not in my eyes. I am all for charities and helping out others. But cleaning out stores and leaving the rest of the couponers (and even the non couponers wanting to buy the product) with nothing – it’s wrong. You are right though. I should just focus on ME doing the right thing and try not to focus on others…. but now is a time where A LOT of people in the world (my family included) are struggling to feed our families – I personally would feel awful if I wiped a store clean of ONE PRODUCT because I bought 50 – 100 or whatever of them because that means the next mother coming in to get that product is out of luck while I’ve just filled my entire pantry full of it. Again, just my opinion – I am not trying to be confrontational – just trying to voice my opinion
Or in my situation the store had 2000 bags of trail mix dropped to them and their grocery manager is freaking out trying to get rid of it all before the sale is over…telling us to call all our coupon friends and get them to come in and help him out! he was offering us whole shippers of product that is more then 200 so i see no problem, i have missed out on plenty of deals and i have scored plenty of deals……win some loose some is my attitude:-)
I was referring to the people complaining about someone buying 80 bags, not taking the coupons. I should have clarified, sorry. I dont think it is ever ok to take that many coupons, but again, you can only control you own behavior and it gets pretty frustrating if you try to change others, because it doesn’t work!
Megan-
Which store are you referring to? I haven’t shopped this week, but want to buy some Trail mix and would love to go to a store that wants it gone. I only really want to buy 10, but still better than nothing
I wondered what happened to all those coupons! I was in the Ontario store late on Tuesday night and got 2 bags of trail mix with a doubler. When I saw the ad on Wednesday, I was excited to go back to the store and get some more trail mix at an even better price. How disappointing to get there Thursday afternoon and have every pad empty!
Sorry, I had a question but got side tracked with Lisa’s post – She got me thinking about the 80 bags again …. Anyway
Does anyone know if the catalina is working for the Caprisun’s? I bought 5 today and didn’t get a catalina back?
They were the Roaring Waters variety – does that make a difference?
My attempt to get the Caprisun catalina failed as well. When I spoke with Customer Service, we found out that it only works for the 100% juice variety, and that isn’t included in the current Albertson’s sale. To bad. =(
We were under the impression it goes til 8/8, but I think this is the second report we have had of it not working. Sometimes the variety does make a difference. I will post a question on this post!
Thanks Monica!
Regarding the Capri Sun catalina … mine did not work. I purchased 4 Roaring Waters and nothing. I ended up returning them and was soooooo disappointed.
How do stores act when you return things? I never have before because I hate getting the dirty looks…. do they usually do that or do you think people return food items all the time? Im sure stores are different based on the person behind the cash register.
Linda – in the case of a catalina not printing, I would usually do it right then and there. But since it’s been a day or two for you, don’t feel bad about returning the Crapi Suns.
You know you are being honest, and if they ask, just let them know you had expected the catalina to print, but since it didn’t you don’t want to pay full price. I would be surprised if they give you a hard time about it. Especially since it is a boxed up beverage.
I returned my Scott bath tissue because I didn’t get the cat…(didn’t know I had to buy paper towels too). James at 12th & greenhurst was very nice and had no problem with my two recipes. I love albertsons!
Any trailmix left in west Boise/Meridian area with tearpad coupons? We Are visiting the area and need some treats
