Comments

  1. I had a question on the Post Cereal coupon. The one I printed said ‘Manufacturer’s Coupon’ at the top, but also has Wal-Mart on the top left side. Can I still use it at Albertsons? I can’t see anything in the fine print saying that you have to use it at WalMart.

    Thanks!

    • You can use it at Albies!

      • Also, look for boxes of Pepples that say “$4 coupons on the inside” Inside my box I found:
        $1/2 V8 Splash
        $0.50/2 Campbells condensed soups
        $1/1 Glad product
        $1/2 Goldfish
        $1/2 Bic products
        Ummm that’s AWESOME!
        All expire July 2012

      • New policy says Albertsons cannot accept coupons with other stores logo anymore

      • I just went in to do this deal and they said I couldnt because they would not accept any coupon with another company’s logo on it. The cahsiers were SOO mean. Ive never been so irritated about something. I called the manager when I got home and asked if I could just cut the logo off. He said, “Ill tell you this, if we cant see the logo we ahve to accept it”

      • I tried it at Albertsons in Eagle and they would not accept it because of the Walmart symbol stating ti was a walmart coupon! Also, no catalina printed out! BOOO bad shopping trip! Can each different Albertsons make their own rules on this? Or should I go back and talk to a manager? Any advice?

    • I tried to take a manufacturer coupon that had fred meyer listed on it but Albertsons wouldn’t accept it. They said that it can’t have another stores logos… Dumb since it was not a store coupon..

  2. Stephanie says:

Items you listed don’t include the Little Entrees

  3. Just a heads up neither
★ Gerber Graduates Pasta Pick ups or Breakfast Budddies Trays 4.5-7oz pkg $1.34/$.89
Use $1/1 Gerber Graduates Lil’ Entrees
Final Price: FREE (if this variety is “Lil’ Entrees”)

    ★ Gerber Graduates Fruit Snacks 1-6oz $2.50/$1.67
Use $1/1 Gerber Graduates Lil’ Entrees
Final Price: $.67 (if this variety is “Lil’ Entrees”)

    are considered lil’ entrees :(

    • Drats! I’ll update the post!

      • Yeah it is a bummer. Especially the pasta pick-ups those are in a round dish as well as the breakfast buddies, the lil’ entrses are in a box(they even have two variety names for their boxeshealthy meals/lil’ entrees) :( :( so they don’t even pass as close with the coupons

  4. HAD A QUESTION ON THE SUAVE FOR KIDS CAN YOU USE THE B1G1 COUPON PLUS THE COUPON FOR $.50/2 THAT CAME SUNDAY??? IF SO YOU WOULD GET 2/$1.59 NOT TOO BAD RIGHT???

    • Nope, because the one free you’re getting on the B1G1 would also be one of the 2 that the $.50/2 goes towards. Only one coupon can go toward each item. If you had a $.50/1 then you could use that with the B1G1, but not a $.50/2. Make sense?

  5. I am not seeing the Post Pebbles coupon – what zip code are you using?

  6. The Post coupon has been gone from coupons.com with all the zip codes I’ve tried for several days now. Anyone have a zip code that works?

    Thanks!

  7. Baby Items: do we have to ring up a 30 dollars total before coupons…or after coupons?

    • wondering the same, in the ad it says after manufacturer coupons, but on here it says use sale price. Anyone tried it and know?

      • The sale price will trigger the cat as the catalina machine is controlled by the catalina company, not Albertsons. It’s actually a silly thing that they put that in the ad… as coupons are “like cash” because they will be reimbursed by the manufacturer! Remember though, you have to purchase precisely the items in the promo… sizes and varieties, otherwise it won’t print.

  8. The tags for this promo were actually up yesterday at my Albertsons so I went and did it and used my doublers, I used coupons, paid about $17 for each transaction and received $10 back. The Huggies Slip-on’s are in the promo also and there are coupons for $2 off each package blinkie makes them $4.69 a package.

  9. My Albertson’s has the rebate pads for the P&G Pink Bakeware set. Spend $25 on P&G in one transaction, submit a MIR for free bake set! (WA area)

    • Has anyone in the Boise area seen one of these rebate pads?

      • The Albertsons on State St and Gary Lane had the rebate pads as of the weekend. I believe it was in the Laundry aisle. This is the Albies kind of kitty corner from the Walmart on State.

  10. Hi! My question is what do the different prices mean. Example Huggins wipes 6.29/4.21….what are the two different prices?

    • Hi Trinity, so sorry! I had a beautiful and detailed explanation about that the first time I wrote up the post… then my 3 year old found the on/off switch on my computer and BAM!… I lost all my work! :D And it looks like my fried brain forgot to add it the second time. :D

Basically the first price ($9.99) is the sale price. The $6.69 you see AFTER “/” is the price factoring in the catalina savings (essentially a 33% discount). And then the final price is after the catalina savings are factored AND the coupons. Hope that helps! I’m off to update the post!

  11. Does anyone know when the Post catalina ends?

  12. my ad shows the pirates of the caribbean coupons as save 7 dollars when you buy the movie for 25.95 and buy one of each of thse. 8pk soda 4$ and pirates booty popcorn 3$ so am i reading this wrong or wouldnt it be 25.95 for all three?? so buying the movie getting the popcorn and soda free in the long run?

  13. sesame street says:

A little of topic, but those of you in need of baby wipes, I bought the great deal of Pamper wipes last week off of Amazon and they are making a diaper rash of my sons worse. After thinking about it Pampers didn’t work well with my first son either. If anybody wants the box of I think 8 and the dispenser with half a package post back. I live in Boise and I I will give them to you for $12. Thanks.

    • sesame street says:

It was a box of 10 refills with 720 wipes. There are still at least 670 wipes left, all but one of the 10 packages unopened. I paid 12.44, so $11.50 for what is left. Thanks.

    • Helen in Meridian says:

In the Costco catalog they have the Kirkland Signature Baby Wipes $4 off, limit 3 boxes per time thru, if you need a good cheap replacement. The coupon book at Costco ends 11/6. HTH

      • sesame street says:

That is what I have been using for over a year, but they were running low and I didn’t want to bug a friend to take me to Costco, but I learned my lesson.

  14. I did the baby promo today at Albertsons and the $10 catalina specifies that it can ONLY be used on baby products. That’s how it’s worded in the ad also, but I was hoping I could use it for groceries. Oh well.

  15. I have a sort of unrelated question. I did the albertsons email savings thing where if you send a request to your friends and they sign up, you get a $5 off $25 purchase. I have 3 of these and was wondering if more than one can be used in a transaction of $25? or is it one coupon per $25 spent? Thank you in advance!

  16. Anybody do the POTC DVD? I’m wondering with the in-store coupon or the Disney site coupon which to use and what’s the best price we can get on this?

  17. this probably isn’t Albertsons related but i was wondering where you buy your computer paper n ink? printing all these coupons takes a lot of paper and ink. just wondering if there are FAB deals on those?

    • I personally have my ink cartridges refilled at Costco when a sales on, costs me $8 for black, $9- $10 for a color. Virtually all of my printer paper was free, the top price I will pay is $1 per ream and that only if I am running low. I bought all of it at Staples on rebate or rewards deals. They ran tons of free or nearly free after rebate specials during back to school season. I bought every one of them that I could since my eight kids and I use a LOT of paper!

    • Denise K. says:

Like Ellen says I don’t pay more than about $1 for my paper but I usually get it for free as for the ink well usually I buy the refill kit and refill my own ink. I pay $20 for the black ink and can refill my tank (HP) about 10X at least and then recycle them at staples to get my rewards. I do the same with color but I dont use color ink much.

  18. The lil tubs listed as free are not, as that coupon for lil’ entrees does not apply to them, I knew it did not, but I tried it and it was not accepted

  19. I am starting to get very frustrated with Fabulessly Frugal. The last two times that I have made a list and printed it out, I can’t find the coupons. I just spent an hour looking in the coupon inserts that come with the Idaho Statesman and not one of the coupons listed in this post were actually in the coupon insert. Not a single one. Are you referencing a different state’s inserts or something? This website used to be so helpful but I am getting too frustrated. Any help would be appreciated.
