Push Pin Signs

Always looking for quick and easy home decor projects, when I came across this one, I jumped all over it.  SO easy!!  I love the look of vinyl lettering on wooden signs, but don’t have a vinyl cutter, and this was so much more simple, and much less expensive.  With a piece of foam board from the Dollar Store, and some flat push pins, you can personalize a sign for your home in minutes.

Draw out your word or phrase on your board.  (I chose to write “love” and I found push pins that happen to match the colors in my daughters bedroom, so that is where this will end up.)  Push pins into your outline.  It’s that simple!  Though I did choose to place another piece of foam board, the same size, on the back, as the pins pushed through.  I have not done it yet, but I am going to glue the pieces together to make it more secure, as well as possibly trim it out in ribbon or ric rac.
