Brand Account Manager
Fabulessly Frugal is looking for a Brand Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you would help us grow our brand partnerships, manage inbound email requests to advertise with Fabulessly Frugal, and manage our outreach to identify new partners.
Responsibilities:
Working as an independent contractor, you will:
- Manage the inbound Marketing department emails.
- Work towards growing our brand partnerships, either on our YouTube channel (i.e. Recipes, Kitchen, Food, etc) or on the website (i.e. deals, mobile app, etc).
- Manage inbound/outbound sales and create brand partnerships
- Manage contract negotiations with brands, looking to partner with Fabulessly Frugal
- Manage both inbound and outbound partnership opportunities by establishing goals and metrics, and a strategy to accomplish these goals
- Provide monthly target reports to the management team
- Provide a positive and caring virtual work environment for all team members and customers who interact with the Marketing department
- Enter invoices into databases and spreadsheets
- Assist the Marketing team with ad hoc marketing and administrative projects as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Account Management Experience
- Prior Sales experience
- Experience with Contract Negotiation
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

SEO Manager
Fabulessly Frugal is looking for an SEO Manager to join our team! In this role, you would be in charge of running our full SEO strategy. We are looking for an independent contractor who feels confident running an end-to-end SEO strategy to help grow our online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize for technical SEO issues that can affect a site’s rankings like crawl and indexing issues, page experience, core web vitals, content optimization, link building, and more.
- Manage the end-to-end SEO strategy from concept to execution, and report on results.
- Take the lead in our keyword research for page optimizations and new products, content pieces, etc.
- Monitor SERP analysis and organic traffic through Google Analytics, and other reporting tools including Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and more
- Conduct website audits for growth opportunities
- Work with the development team and blog team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
- Work with the development team through a site migration, to ensure the transition rolls smoothly, can build out a plan to identify any pitfalls, put tracking metrics in place to ensure success.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an SEO Manager
- 3+ years driving SEO strategies
- Experience with SEO and industry website analysis tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, Semrush, etc.)
- Experience and success in building both onsite SEO strategies and offsite link building programs
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and other customer acquisition best practices
- A self-starter with the ability to lead and handle multiple high priority projects
- Ambition to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO

Paid Media Specialist
Fabulessly Frugal is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will manage our full paid media strategy. We are looking for an independent contractor who has experience in Google, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram Ads.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all paid customer acquisitions including designing and launching advertising campaigns, testing new channels and strategies, running A/B tests to improve conversions, and reporting on performance.
- Partner with members of the revenue operations and sales teams to understand lead quality and funnel metrics and leverage this data to develop new paid media strategies.
- Provide insight into successful campaigns/tests with other team members in order to replicate
- Deep dive into current campaigns to provide optimization recommendations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of paid media or digital advertising experience.
- Experience directly managing Google/YouTube Ads campaigns to generate a positive ROI.
- Experience directly managing Facebook Ads campaigns to generate a positive ROI. (Experience with Instagram advertising is a plus.)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience working with data, analytics, and BI/reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Domo, Tableau, HubSpot reporting, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with experience writing advertising copy.

Mobile App Engagement Manager
Fabulessly Frugal is seeking a Mobile App Marketer to join our team! In this role, you will grow our app: revenues, downloads, app store rankings, and retention. We are looking for an independent contractor who has experience with app analytics and can work towards driving engagement within the app.
Responsibilities:
- Understand, create, and lead our users’ app lifecycle through push, in-app, and email strategy and execution
- Specifically, this role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing cross-channel app communication campaigns from segmentation definition to creative briefs, message planning, final review, implementation, and testing
- Establish a framework, schedule, and tracking system for the planning, creating, and managing of our push, in-app, and email message strategies at key points within the user journey
- Execute A/B testing to improve app customer experience, performance, and conversion metrics that align with the company’s business objectives
- Analyze and identify key target segments that align with business goals and objectives
- Create app reports and draw conclusions to optimize and enhance campaign performance and app experience
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and the development team, to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, ads creation, and to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction
- Support the marketing and development departments in the planning and execution of the full app lifecycle from acquisition, retention, and engagement, go-to-market activities, and conversions for app subscriptions and other in-app services
- Recommend app messaging opportunities or new features based off your own data analysis
- Coordinate with Community Admins and Community Managers to create effective content and messaging across all platforms
- Generate ideas to improve in-app engagement and overall user experience
- Participate in other marketing initiatives, brainstorms and projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing communications role required (email, paid media, SMS, in-app engagement, etc.)

- Strong customer empathy with a passion to help solve people’s pain points
- Analytical thinker, measuring performance and recommending areas of opportunity
- Preferred: Previous experience working in in-app communications to some capacity

Sr Full-Stack Developer
Fabulessly Frugal is looking for a Sr Full-Stack developer that will head up the technical aspects of the website, and mobile app. You will work closely with the management team and lead our efforts to growing our online products and improving the user experience. You will be the lead developer, and work with a small team of developers.

Responsibilities:
- Work across the platform to develop end-2-end features

- Leverage Paid Advertising agencies and manage our relationships with them.

- Drive our social media efforts across each platform and work closely with social media managers and/or agencies to align our marketing efforts and social media strategies.
