Toss the zucchini and squash with the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender to your liking.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or remove from air fryer basket and sprinkle on parmesan cheese. Or, enjoy the squash with no cheese!
