Prepare the carrots by peeling and cutting into fry-sized strips.
In a large bowl, drizzle the olive oil and seasonings over the carrots.
Place in an even layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 350˚F/177˚C for 5 minutes. Use a wooden spoon to stir the carrots around then continue cooking for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the carrots reach the desired tenderness.
Sprinkle additional seasonings if desired and serve with a side of ranch.
