Ingredients
- 2 packages vanilla instant pudding mix (3.4 ounces each)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cans mandarin oranges in juice, undrained (21 ounces)
- 2 cans pineapple tidbits in juice, undrained (20 ounces)
- 2 cups whipped topping (8 ounces)
- 12 ounces frozen raspberries (do not thaw)
- 1 package Keebler fudge stripe cookies, broken into bite-size pieces (11.5 ounces)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and the buttermilk.
- Gently fold in the mandarin oranges and juice, pineapple tidbits and juice, whipped topping, raspberries, and cookie pieces until combined.
- Chill for 5-10 min and serve.
