How to Roast Any Vegetables in the Air Fryer

Ingredients
Any fresh vegetables
for example, zucchini, squash, red onion, asparagus, bell peppers, etc. You can do a mixture of these vegetables or just choose one
Oil
I like using avocado oil
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cut the vegetables into bite size pieces
Place in the air fryer basket.
Spray with oil, salt and pepper to taste (add any additional seasonings as desired).
Air fry at
400
°F
for 8-10 minutes, stir at the halfway point.
Remove and enjoy!
