Instructions
In a blender or food processor add together your vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and onion and mix together at a medium speed.
Turn food processor or blender to a higher speed and gradually stream in the oil.
Once the oil is mixed in, mix in poppy seeds on low.
Refrigerate or serve right away.
Notes
For better flavor, refrigerate for at least an hour prior to serving.
