Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Cut potatoes into 1- or 2-inch chunks, keeping them about the same size for more even cooking.
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
Transfer seasoned potatoes to the air fryer in a single layer. Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 12-15 minutes, until browned and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Serve warm.
Notes
Leftovers can be reheated in air fryer at 350°F for about 5-10 minutes.
