with apples cut into small pieces
1

½
cup

melted
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and apple pie spice. Set aside.
In a separate small bowl, combine the apple pie filling with cinnamon. Mix to combine.
Take each of the biscuits and cut in half.
Flatten out each biscuit to thin it out, about 4 inches across.
With each of the biscuit halves, form a little bowl and add a tablespoon or so apple pie filling mixture.
Cover the biscuit over itself.
Pinch the seams together to close.
Roll into a ball.
Repeat this for the remaining amount of biscuits.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket, or place a sheet of air fryer parchment paper.
Place the balls into an air fryer basket about and inch or two apart. You will likely need to work in batches.
Air fry at
330
°F
for 8 minutes. Flip the bombs, and cook for an additional 2-4 minutes, or until the tops are fully cooked and golden brown.
Carefully remove the balls from the air fryer, dipping each in melted butter.
Roll each dipped apple pie bomb into the apple pie spice and sugar mixture. Repeat with the remaining batches.
Serve immediately or at room temperature.
