Ingredients

Zucchini

Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
Chop the chicken into strips
Slice the zucchini, and squash into slices.
Add the chicken, zucchini, and squash in a ziplock bag.
Add the flour to the bag. Close the bag. Shake to cover everything in flour.
Whisk together 1 egg. Add to the bag. Close and shake to cover everything in egg.
Add in the parmesan, breadcrumbs, and italian seasoning to the bag. Close and shake.
Spray the air fryer basket with oil.
Place in the air fryer basket. Use a spatula to separate any pieces that are stuck together. Spray food with oil.
Air fry at

for 10-15 min, or until cooked through.
