In a bowl combine 1/2 of the marinade and the chicken. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes to overnight, although if you are in a pinch for time you can cook it as is. Set aside the other half of the marinade for topping later.
Place the asparagus on one side of the air fryer basket and the chicken on the other side. IF you can’t do all the asparagus at the same time, then cook in batches.
Sprinkle the seasoning blend on top of the chicken and the asparagus. Spray with oil.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes at 380 °F, flipping chicken at halfway point, or until the chicken reaches internal temp of 165 °F.
Remove from air fryer basket, serve with rice, top with other half of the marinade, parsley, lemon/lemon juice, and enjoy!
