Meatball ingredients

Brioche buns
Favorite white cheese
I used shredded mozzarella
Marinara sauce
Fresh parsley
dill, or basil to finish
Instructions
Mix meatball ingredients together until well combined.
Form meatballs using a cookie scoop.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and place meatballs inside.
Surround the meatballs with the bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Sprinkle on ½ teaspoon of kosher salt and lightly spray the veggies with oil.
Cook the meatballs & veggies at 350˚F/177˚C for 10 minutes in the air fryer.
Remove the meatballs & veggies from the air fryer basket.
Place 3 meatballs in a brioche bun with your favorite white cheese and a drizzle of your favorite marinara sauce and mozzarella.
Put the brioche bun with the meatballs back in the air fryer for about 1-2 minutes more to toast the bun and melt the cheese.
Top with fresh parsley, dill, or basil and enjoy!
