In a bowl combine the onions, peppers, and shrimp with the oil.
Stir to coat everything it in oil.
Add in the fajita seasoning mix and 1/2 of the lime juice. Stir to coat.
Add as much of the mixture to the air fryer basket. May need to cook in batches if the air fryer isn’t big enough. It’s okay if things over lap. Just don’t overfill the basket past halfway full.
Air fry at 380 °F for 10 minutes. Stirring at the halfway point. Add the rest of the lime juice if desired (at the halfway point).
Shrimp is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145 °F.
Remove from the basket and enjoy with favorite fajita toppings.
