How to Freeze Homemade Meatballs

Not only do the meatballs taste delicious and are full of fresh and exciting flavors, but it is so easy to assemble, freeze, and cook later!


– 1 lb ground beef – 4 oz evaporated milk – 1/3 cup oatmeal – 1/3 cup saltine cracker crumbs – 1 egg – 1/4 cup chopped onion – 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 tsp salt – 1/4 pepper – 3/4 tsp chili powder

Air Fryer Meatballs

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Using a cookie scoop, spoon, or your hand, form the mixture into meatballs. You can make the meatballs whatever size you want, however I recommend about 1-2 tablespoons of mixture for each meatball.

How to Cook Meatballs in the Air Fryer from Frozen

Once you are ready to cook your frozen meatballs in the air fryer, remove the meatballs from the freezer and preheat the air fryer at 400°F/204°C for 5 minutes.
