Yoplait Smoothie Coupon

I really like these Yoplait Smoothies. They are easy to make and taste great!

$1/1 Yoplait Frozen Smoothie
My local Walmart recently had these priced at $2.50 each. But I would look for them for $1.99 or less for even greater savings.
Macey’s (in UT) has them for $1.99, so maybe your local Associated Foods grocery store does too!

I tried these with the coupon last time and really didn’t like the fake sugar aftertaste. I can always taste that sucralose. Until the aftertaste kicked in I did like it.

I definitely prefer more natural ingredients. I hope I don’t think about that too much the next time I have one! Have you tried the Jamba ones yet? I haven’t had a chance to try those yet and I haven’t checked out their ingredient list yet either.

      • I’ve tried the jambas …kinda sweet for me as i am a diabetic but you might like them. They do not mix with milk just juice mostly apple

I’m totally with you about the icky fake sugar taste. See my full comment below. Beware everyone, unless you like Sucralose!

I just tried the Yoplait version tonight. It tastes very much like Yoplait yogurt … but with a straw! I made the blueberry/pomegranate version with apple juice instead of the suggested milk (hate milk, blech). It was pretty tasty! I think I’ll add a few ice cubes to beef up the ice factor next time.

I have tried the Jamba Juice smoothie mix packs from the frozen fruit section, too, and MAN … WONDERFUL. — in every flavor. Just delicious. I prefer that version to the Yoplait. I actually bought the Yoplait version tonight because the Jamba Juice version wasn’t available at Publix. I’d highly recommend the Jamba Juice packs, too!. 🙂

I just made a Triple Berry Yoplait Smoothie b/c I had a coupon. Usually make my own, it’s not hard. Anyhoo, I take a sip and yech! fake sweet flavor. I grabbed the bag, thinking maybe I accidentally bought a diet smoothie. No, but in the ingredients, there’s the icky Sucralose.

I wouldn’t have bought it if I’d realized there’s fake sweetner in it. In fact I’ve had these in the past a couple times and they didn’t have it in there.

Oh well, seriously it’s so easy to make your own: I use frozen sliced bananas (for convenience), fresh or frozen other fruit, plain yogurt, and almond milk or juice. Some extra sugar or guava or honey for more sweet flavor if I want. EASY! and no fakey sweet flavor.
