Add parchment paper to the cake barrel, then add a layer of peanut butter cups. You can use mini peanut butter cups, regular Reese's peanut butter cups, peanut butter Reese's pieces candies, or even peanut butter flavored chocolate chips. Just make a layer, as thick as you want, of peanut butter chocolate candies on the bottom of your cake barrel or other air fryer safe dish. You can even mix in some milk chocolate chocolate chips for extra chocolatey goodness!
Add a layer of marshmallows, as thick as you want, to the top of the peanut butter candies. You can use mini marshmallows or regular sized marshmallows.
Crumble a few squares of the graham crackers and add it on top of the marshmallows. If you desire, you can also add additional chocolate chips or peanut butter chips.
Place your air fryer safe dish in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350˚F/175°C for 4-6 minutes.
Once the marshmallows are roasted to your liking and the peanut butter chocolate smells divine, carefully remove the dish from the air fryer basket. Get your favorite dipping foods like graham cracker squares, strawberries, pretzels, cookies, raspberries, Oreos, more Reese's, apple slices, or even gummy worms and dip and enjoy while warm!
Notes
To make this peanut butter s'mores dip, you will want to use the cake barrel accessory for your air fryer. I have a 7-inch cake barrel that fits in my 5.8 quart Cosori air fryer. If you don't have this accessory, you can use any oven safe dish that will fit in your air fryer.I also like to use parchment paper because it makes cleaning up so much easier!Because all air fryer makes and models are different in size and wattage, I didn't include exact amounts of ingredients, because the size of your dish will affect how much of each ingredient you can add. But, that is the best part of this recipe! It is so easy to play around with the ingredients until you have the perfect combo and ratio of peanut butter cups to marshmallows. Do what you love for this recipe!
