Preheat the air fryer by either pressing your air fryers preheat button, or by setting the timer for 5 minutes and running it empty at 400 °F.
Lightly spray the ramekin with avocado oil (or with a different oil of your choice). This makes it easier to remove the egg from the ramekin or eat the egg in the ramekin.
Add the eggs to the ramekin. Add any additional seasonings to the eggs.
Place the hash browns, eggs, and sausage in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10 minutes at 380 °F, or until the eggs, hash browns, and sausages are done to your liking.Make sure to flip the sausage and hash browns at the halfway point. If desired, you can also stir the eggs. However, eggs normally cook just fine in a ramekin and don't need stirring.
Carefully remove all the food from the air fryer basket and enjoy!
Notes
If you don't have a ramekin, you can use any oven safe dish in the air fryer. I recommend using a dish that is smaller though, so you have room to fit the other ingredients in the air fryer basket. Plus, if you use a dish that is too wide, the eggs might overcook.
