Cook rice (Instant Pot: 1 cup rice with 1 1/4 cup water. Cook on high for 7 minutes. Let it slow release for at least 10 minutes).
Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. Place in a bowl with the teriyaki sauce, and onions. Stir to combine and coat everything.
Place chicken and onions in the air fryer basket.
Cook 380 °F for 8-10 minutes. Let the chicken rest in foil.
Then cook frozen broccoli at 350 °F for 10 minutes.

Homemade Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
½ cup pineapple juice
⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp dried ginger
