In a small mixing bowl, combine honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and garlic. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Brush each pork chop with prepared sauce on both sides.
Air fry pork for 10 minutes at 380 °F, flipping halfway, or until the internal temperature of pork chops reaches 140 °F-145 °FThen tent chops in foil for 5 minutes, or until pork chops come to safe internal temperature of 145 °F. Cooking time may vary depending on thickness of the pork chops and your air fryer.
