Cook the bacon in the air fryer. Cook the bacon in air fryer at 380˚F/190˚C for 8 minutes or until it reaches the desired crispiness. It’s OK if bacon is touching, it will shrink as it cooks. Place a torn piece of bread in the pan, underneath the basket or tray to help absorb drippings and prevent smoking. Set aside.
Cook the chicken in the air fryer. Season thawed chicken on both sides with salt and pepper, lightly mist with avocado oil and pop in air fryer at 380˚F/190°C for 8-12 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer registers 165˚F/74°C. Let the chicken rest 5 or so minutes before slicing into strips.
Tip. If you are not cooking for a crowd, you could cook the bacon and chicken at the same time in your air fryer.
Creamy Southwest Dipping Sauce
For the sauce, whisk together all the ingredients until well-combined.
Assemble. Spread a couple tablespoons or more of the dipping sauce mixture down the middle of each tortilla. Top with chicken slices, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado. Roll the tortilla up tightly, leaving the ends open or tucking them in burrito-style. Serve with extra dipping sauce.
