½cupunsweetened vanilla almond milkor any other kind of milk
2 to 3cupsbaby spinachmore or less is up to you
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. If too thick, add more almond milk.
It is best to use a ripe banana with brown flecks on the peel. Peel and slice your bananas before freezing them.
