fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Caesar Salad Dressing

olive oil

white wine vinegar

fresh lemon juice

garlic

Worcestershire sauce

or 1/4 cup mayo and 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
Cook pasta to al dente in salted water, according to package directions.
Toss all salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
In a small or medium bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients until well combined.
Pour about 3/4 to 1 cup of salad dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to combine. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
Notes
To make in advance, toss everything together except the lettuce. Add lettuce and toss when ready to serve.
