Ingredients

steak
cut into 1” cubes, pat dry (rib eye, tri-tip and New York strip)

mushrooms
halved

onion
sliced
Marinade
½
cup
Worcestershire sauce
(or teriyaki)

tablespoon
garlic powder
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Prepare the steak, mushrooms, and onions. Combine them together in a bowl with the marinade ingredients. Mix until everything is well combined.
Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours.
Before cooking in the air fryer, preheat the air fryer at 400°F/200°C for 5 minutes.
Air fry at 400°F/200°C for 6 minutes (or longer if your steak is cut larger and you want it cooked well done)!
Enjoy while hot.
