Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel. Drizzle the oil over both sides of each pork chop, spread to coat evenly. Sprinkle dry Ranch seasoning mix evenly over both sides of each. Then season with salt and pepper.
Preheat air fryer to 380˚F/193˚C. Air fry pork for 10 minutes, flipping halfway, or until internal temperature of pork chops reaches 145˚F/63˚C. Cooking time may vary depending on thickness of the pork chops and your air fryer.
Garnish cooked pork chops with fresh chopped parsley, if desired.
