Chop veggies & chicken into bite sized pieces and stir together in a large bowl
In a separate bowl, blend marinade together
Stir marinade into veggies & chicken and marinate for 15 min-2 hours.
Cook half batch for 370°F/187°C for 12 min (stirring once at halfway point)
Cook for 5 more minutes at 400°F/204°C or until chicken registers 165°F/74°C & veggies are desired tenderness.
