Unroll the crescent roll dough. Wrap each cookie entirely in a single layer of dough. If there is a little bit of extra dough, remove it and use for wrapping the ninth cookie.
Cook in the air fryer at 350˚F/175°C for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown. Immediately remove from air fryer and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy while warm! (If needed, reheat by air frying at 350˚F/175°C for 2-3 minutes.)
