Place the rice, vegetables, chicken, eggs, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in an air fryer pan and stir together.
Cook at 380F/190C for 9 minutes. Stir at the halfway point.
If you want more flavor, add, to your taste, teriyaki sauce to the chicken. And a 2 tsp of fried rice seasoning mix.
You can replicate the fried rice seasoning with 1 teaspoon ground ginger, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon sugar.
