12ouncesturkey kielbasacut on the diagonal into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1/2-1poundasparagustrimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces
4ouncesgrape tomatoeshalved
1orange bell peppercut into 2-inch pieces
½tablespoonavocado oil
½teaspoonsea salt
¾teaspoonItalian seasoning
1teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Cut and prepare the asparagus, peppers, kielbasa, and tomatoes.
Combine asparagus, peppers, and kielbasa in a bowl, and stir in about a 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil.
Blend sea salt, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper together.
Add seasonings into the asparagus, peppers, and kielbasa mixture.
Pour the mixture in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes at 380°F/193°C, stirring half way through cooking. Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes more if desired.
