Mix together the butter, garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
Pat the salmon dry. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place an air fryer parchment paper liner in the air fryer basket. Place one salmon fillet on one side of the basket. Add two handfuls of spinach on the other half of the air fryer basket. Place half of the beans onto the spinach.
Place about half of the butter mixture on top of the salmon and over the spinach and beans. Do your best to brush the butter over the salmon but its okay if its a little clumpy.
Air fry at 380 °F for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to 145 °F. You can remove the spinach and beans earlier if they are done to your liking.
Repeat with the other half of the ingredients in a seperate parchment paper.
