Prep your potato by washing it, piercing it, and popping it in the microwave for 5 minutes because that’s how you speed up the process!
Pop the par boiled potato in the air fryer, give it a little mist of oil, throw on a little salt, and make sure you have the two frozen chicken breasts right next to the potato.
Air fry it for about 15 minutes at 380 °F.
Remove from air fryer basket and enjoy with salad, and favorite potato toppings.
