Slice the cabbage first in half, then into thick slices. DO NOT trim the cabbage stem/core – leave it intact. There should be 4-6 slices depending on the size the cabbage.
In a small bowl mix together the oil, grated parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, italian seasonin, salt, and pepper.
Brush both sides of the cabbage steak with the seasoning mixture.
Air fry the cabbage steak at 370 °F for 10-12 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
Add your favorite pizza toppings and air fry for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and roasted to your liking.

Note: I was only able to fit one cabbage steak in the air fryer basket at a time.
