Instructions
Preheat the air fryer at 380 °F for 5 minutes.
Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
Cut the shredded/cubed butter into the flour mixture
Stir in the half and half and add ins until moistened
On a lightly floured surface, kneed the dough gently 5-10 times.
Divide the dough into two. And pat into two 1/2 inch thich round disks.
Cut discs into 8 wedges
Place wedges in the air fryer basket for 5-6 minutes at 380 °F, or until they are cooked through.
Notes
Freezer option (before air frying): place the discs in freeze. When hard, break apart and store in a freezer bag. Enjoy a fresh baked scone whenever you want. Just air fry at 380F for 6-7 minutes.
