Wash and chop the fresh rosemary. You need about a tablespoon of snipped rosemary. If you don’t have access to fresh rosemary, you can use 1 tsp of dried rosemary.
In a small bowl mix together the rosemary with 1 1/2 tsp of minced garlic.
Oil both sides of the pork chops.
Season both sides with salt and pepper to taste
Rub the the rosemary and garlic over each of the pork chops.
Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 380 °F for 8-10 minutes, check temp and flip halfway through.
