english muffins, bagels, or any of your favorite sandwich grains.
Salt to taste
Instructions
Air fry eggs - (I like to batch cook my eggs. So I air fry 7 together, and use one to sacrifice once it finishes cooking to make sure i like the insides alright. then decide if i need to add more time or not)
Place them in the air fyrer
Air fry at
270
°F
for 14-15 for the hard yolk.
12-13 for jammy
And 10-11 for runny/soft yolk
Soak in ice bath for at least 10 minutes.
Toast the bread of your choice
Assemble sandwhich
SPread on a little butter (optional)
Add avocado
Add eggs
Add tomato (optional)
Add salt
Enjoy!
