Ingredients

Chicken thighs

from 1 lime
Seasoning:

Avocado oil

Fresh lime juice
zest before juicing

Chili powder
or more to taste

teaspoon
Smoked or sweet paprika

Minced garlic

Coarse kosher salt
Red pepper flakes

Avocado Crema
1
large Avocado ripe
½
cups
Sour cream
1 ½

Lime juice

tsp
Kosher salt
Black pepper to taste
Spicy Garlic Lime Sauce:
¼
cup
Mayonnaise
¼
cup
Sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

tablespoons
Sriracha or other hot sauce
or to taste

tablespoon
Fresh lime juice

Minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix seasonings together in a bowl.
Add chicken thighs to bowl and cover in seasoning mixture
Place in the air fryer basket. Top with lime zest (to taste)
Air fry for 12 minutes at 400F, or until internal temp reaches 175F, flipping at the halfway point.
Remove and enjoy with avocado creama, garlic lime seasoning, and desired toppings.
For Avocado Crema and Spicy Garlic Lime Sauces
Mix ingredients together in respective bowls. Store in an air tight container in the fridge until ready to use. Can make a day ahead.
