Form the cookie dough into 2 tbsp or so of bite sized balls.
Place in the fridge or freezer and let chill. You want the cookie dough to be chilled so that it doesn’t leak out of the crescrent roll dough, typically for an hour or so.
Unroll the crescent roll dough. Wrap each cookie entirely in a single layer of dough. If there is a little bit of extra dough, remove it and use for wrapping the ninth cookie.
Cook in the air fryer at 350 °F for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown. Immediately remove from air fryer and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy while warm! (If needed, reheat by air frying at 350 °F for 2-3 minutes.)
